NorCal CGE's mission is to cultivate strong-minded players who play fearless baseball and softball.

We instill in our players the importance of Competing, Grinding and Executing. It’s our goal to compete at the highest level, teaching players about the importance of putting in maximum effort in their training. Our approach to baseball and softball is straightforward: We focus on teaching our players how to play with confidence.

At CGE, our players always come first, regardless of the outcome of a game. We firmly believe in arm care and prioritize it above all else, ensuring that wins and losses never compromise this principle.

Our teams are intense, committed to rigorous training and tough coaching. Our coaching staff primarily includes experienced coaches—many who have played at the college level.

Instead of focusing on the quantity of teams, we prioritize building quality teams.

We offer the following levels: 9U-14U for baseball and 11U-14U for softball.
